Shipping cost vary depending on items purchased. FFPEG sells high end merchandise, so in most cases items are delivered by carriers that specialize in high end merchandise. Furniture and case goods will ship by a freight carrier. Most cases are delivered by a white glove carrier", thus cost will vary. Any order over $5000 ships free. Sales under $5000, reduced freight cost will vary depending on the location of the item and weight.

Shipping times may vary. The average time to deliver high end merchandise is 20-25 business days if the delivery requires White Glove Service. High Value merchandise requires special handling that also requires Specialized carriers.  Delivery times can average 4-6 weeks.  Drop Ship is 10-12 days. FFPEG Inc does not have control over the carriers schedule, thus there are times shipments may be delayed by the carrier for various reason. 

Our warehouses are located in California and North Carolina. Costs will also vary on the level of service required.   FFPEG Inc retains the right to consolidate a shipment when multiple items are in a shipment. Consolidation of a shipment will delay the entire shipment until every item has been received. FFPEG will store items for the first 60 days free of charge. 

Small items will ship via UPS, USPS or FedEx.  Delivery times once warehouse pickup varies on location, holidays and carrier, but average 2-6 days.
