We use specialize carriers to deliver your orders by LTL carrier.  Any order over $2500.00 qualifies for FREE FREIGHT.  In some cases, we will select LTL carriers to expedite the process to assure a speedy delivery. It is imperative that you inspect your shipment prior to signing the POD. If you are unable to inspect the shipment at the time of delivery, please note on the POD, "UNINSPECTED" to assure that the carrier will accept the claim ion the case of damage. 

  • IMMEDIATE  DELIVERY: While we offer White Glove Service and quicker delivery time, there is an additional cost of $249.00 per shipment.  If immediate delivery is required, please inquire PRIOR to purchase and cost. 

FFPEG stands behind the integrity of its products and will work with you or your designer. To assess the reason for the problem and the best course of action. Typically any problems are identified shortly after delivery. We are not responsible for normal everyday wear and tear and recommend you check our Product Manual for general care and maintenance of your product. In the case of a defect upon delivery, your item must be identified in a timely manner and if it is determined that it is in fact a manufacturer’s defect that item will be replaced, with the same of equal item. As with our sales, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS.

In many cases, the item may not be available to ship at the time of purchase. Supply chain issues have caused shipping delays that may exceed several months. The item can still be purchased. In the case an item is backordered, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date. We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the case that the item has an estimated delivery date within 90 days of purchase and the customer has agreed to the extended delayed delivery date. For clarification purposes. please do not hesitate to give us a call.  

Standard  Freight Shipping:

Standard Shipping  for residential delivery requires an appointment and delivery to the nearest dry area of your home. Item will be left in the box, without unpacking any shipping materials. A signature will be required upon delivery, unless your order is shipped with UPS, FedEx or other small parcel carrier. Small parcel carriers do not make appointments prior to delivery. Please note that stairs are not included with this delivery service.

 REFUSED SHIPMENTS: All refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges both ways. FFPEG INC  reserves the right to generate invoices associated with these costs.

  1. White Glove Service is offered by specialty providers for an additional cost, unless the service was offered at the time of the sale.. Orders that are eligible for Free Freight are orders that are $2500.00 and above, are applicable and designated t for LTL carriers, it does not include White Glove services. 

  2. RECONSIGNED: A reconsignment fee will be applied to the shipment whenever an address change is made after a tracking number has been assigned and/or it has left the our warehouse. LTL or common carrier reconsignments are subject to a $50.00 base fee. If the shipment has to change destination terminals, additional freight charges will apply, and will be provided at the time of the request. Parcel reconsignments are subject to a $50.00 base fee.

  3. Parcel reconsignments are subject to a $50.00 base fee, as well as additional fees per package and transportation charges when applicable. Additional package and transportation charges will be provided at the time of the request.

  4. Redelivery: A LTL/Common Carrier shipment is subject to a redelivery fee after an appointment was set up and the delivery attempt was made, but the consignee was not available to receive shipment. Redelivery fees are applied for each attempt made.

  5. What is White Glove Service?

    • Lift-gate service

    • Inside delivery - room specific

    • 2 to 3 person delivery from 8AM to 6PM

    • 2 flights of stairs included

    • Unpacking & debris removal

    • 30 to 45 minutes on site

    • Light assembly using an adjustable wrench & screw driver (non-electrical)

**All damages need to be reported within 48 hours, noticeable damages should be refused**
