This lions partners desk features a hand inlay of Movingue and an antique brown leather top with hand applied gold and blind tooling. Brass handles, forged in our own foundry, adorn the drawers. The desk includes 5 upper box drawers – a center drawer and two in each pedestal.  Solid oak drawer construction with hand-dovetail joinery at the front and rear ensures long-lasting stability. File drawers are located on the left and right pedestals, as well as at the front and back of this timeless design. The intricate clarity and depth of the lion carving and the paw feet on each pedestal turns this functional desk into an artistic sculpture.  Beautiful Crotch Mahogany gives this desk a delicate yet exquisitely detailed appearance, reminiscent of glamorous 18th-century antiques.
