You must inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you cannot be present, arrange for someone else to accept, inspect, and sign for the delivery on your behalf. Canceled, refused, or missed deliveries will incur a redelivery fee equal to the original delivery fee. Upon delivery, inspect the item and its packaging for any damage.
