Custom/Factory Orders

Many of our merchandise are custom-made by the vendor. Custom orders, once submitted, cannot be amended, revised, exchanged, or refunded. Orders are submitted to the vendor and production begins immediately for the buyer. Custom-ordered merchandise may include upholstery, paintings, various leather seating, and soft goods.  Please inquire prior to any order that will be considered a custom or factory order. Lead-times vary depending on the product.
