FFPEG stands behind the integrity of its products and will work with you or your designer. To assess the reason for the problem and the best course of action. Typically any problems are identified shortly after delivery. We are not responsible for normal everyday wear and tear and recommend you check our Product Manual for general care and maintenance of your product. In the case of a defect upon delivery, your item must be identified in a timely manner and if it is determined that it is in fact a manufacturer’s defect that item will be replaced, with the same of equal item. As with our sales, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS with the exception of defective or damaged items. 


FFPEG upholds a very strict return policy. Please make your purchases very, very carefully.

If you change your mind about an item, please contact us at sales@ffpeg.com to INQUIRE about an eligible return. Eligible returns are subject to a non-negotiable 35% restocking fee, in addition to outbound and return shipping and delivery charges.

Orders shipped with free shipping will be assessed the real value of the shipping costs associated with the order.

Returns requests must be received within 5 days from the delivery or pick-up date, and in original condition and in original packaging. Items not received in original condition and in original packaging cannot be refunded.

Only once the item(s) have been returned to the warehouse and have been inspected by our receiving team can the refund be issued. Additional Terms:
- Non-stock items and custom orders are not returnable and non-refundable.
-Sale items are non-refundable exception for defective or damaged items
- Orders that are not deliverable due to size or weight will be subject to our return policy. Please measure all elevators, doorways, stairways and openings to confirm that your order can be delivered. 


We go out of our way to ship as quickly as possible and will make every attempt to cancel your order. However, many of our products ship direct from the manufacturer to you. 

In the event that you would like to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours orders can be in transit or being prepared for shipment or in production. We cannot cancel orders in production or after 24 hours of being placed. We cannot cancel orders that are back ordered /long delay, we will email to you a expected date of delivery, you have a choice of keeping the back order/long delayed order at that time or cancelling the order, once you agree to keep the back order/long delayed order, we cannot cancel your order, as this item is on reserve for you/or is in production being made. Neither will the order be cancelled while in process, in transit or once delivered. Back ordered or long delayed items that have been agreed to process cannot be returned. We cannot cancel orders that have an installment agreement -arrangement in place.

 Placing an order, and accepting delivery of the order.

Your order information is where we get your contact information, by placing and order and filling this form, you are agreeing this information is correct, if this information is not correct and this incurs or causes us to create more than 1 shipment, there will be a reship cost plus a handling fee of $100.00. If a phone number is incorrect or email is incorrect and causes a delivery to be held over 3 days in a terminal or warehouse for delivery, storage charge are as follows: $25.00 a day storage, plus reshipment back to your address, plus a $100.00 handling fee. If an order is placed, and customer does not or will not communicate for delivery, or will not accept merchandise in a timely manner and merchandise in held over 3 days in a terminal or warehouse, above storage charges, handling fees and cost of (if item is re shipped back to warehouse) reshipment back to the warehouse, it is the customer's financial responsibility, there will be no refunds or credits or exchanges for the order-merchandise purchase as we have close communication with all freight carriers and are updated on a hourly basis as to whether or not appointments are made for our deliveries.

In many cases, the item may not be available to ship at the time of purchase. Supply chain issues have caused shipping delays that may exceed several months. The item can still be purchased. In the case an item is backordered, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date. We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the case that the item has an estimated delivery date within 90 days of purchase and the customer has agreed to the extended delayed delivery date.
